Clients must provide complete and accurate information and must review important information prepared for them before submission. THIQAA may rely on the information and documents supplied by the client and is not responsible for inaccuracies in information that the client has provided.
Where submission is included in the agreed service and the relevant process allows it, THIQAA may submit a completed application on the client’s behalf after the client has reviewed it and authorised us to proceed.
THIQAA does not provide immigration advice, determine immigration eligibility or choose immigration routes. THIQAA does not guarantee approvals, decisions, processing times or the actions of government departments, universities, airlines, companies or other third parties.
Government fees and third-party charges are separate unless expressly stated. Clients should review the Cancellation & Refund Policy before purchasing a service. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under UK consumer law.
