THIQAA service fees cover the agreed administrative support. Government or third-party fees are separate unless clearly stated otherwise before work begins.
Government or third-party fee
The relevant authority may charge a separate fee. It is not part of our service fee unless we clearly confirm otherwise in writing.
Before you proceed
We explain what we will do, our fee and any other known costs before the service starts.
If you change your mind before final submission
If administrative work has already started and you decide not to continue before final submission, the THIQAA service fee may be retained or deducted for work already carried out. Any application or government fee still held by THIQAA and not yet paid to the relevant authority will be refunded in full. If a fee has already been paid to an external body, refundability is subject to that body’s rules.
This does not affect any applicable statutory rights.
