Administrative help with first, renewal or replacement British passport applications, including form completion, photo and identity-confirmation steps and organising the documents requested by HM Passport Office.
Depending on the service, we can:
- help identify the administrative form or online process for the passport application you are making
- help enter the personal information you provide into the application
- help organise the photo, identity-confirmation and supporting-document steps shown by HM Passport Office
- help check names, dates and document details for consistency with the information you provide
- prepare the application for your review before submission and help organise any documents that must be sent
UK standard 34-page passport government fees, checked 5 October 2026: child under 16 £66.50 online or £80 by paper form; adult 16+ £102 online or £115.50 by paper form. Normal return of supporting documents is free; secure return usually adds £5. These are HM Passport Office fees, separate from THIQAA service charges. Overseas, urgent and frequent-traveller applications have different fees. Check GOV.UK before paying.

- Identity / citizenship documents relevant to the application
- Any supporting documents requested for the application
- Passport photo meeting HM Passport Office requirements
- British citizenship registration or naturalisation certificate, if relevant
- Full birth or adoption certificate for a first child passport
- Relevant parent evidence of British nationality, if requested
- Previous British passport, for renewal or replacement where available

Can original documents be required?
Yes. For example, GOV.UK says first adult passport applications can require original documents and certified translations of documents that are not in English or Welsh.
Can THIQAA act as the person who confirms my identity?
We do not promise to act as an identity confirmer. Where confirmation is required, the applicant must use someone who meets HM Passport Office rules.
