How THIQAA can help
This service description has been reviewed against relevant official guidance. Requirements can change, so the current official instructions are checked when work begins.
Administrative support for family and dependant applications, including organising personal and relationship information, preparing forms, arranging supporting documents and helping with the practical steps required for each family member.
Depending on the service, we can:
- organise personal details for the applicant and any dependants included in the application
- organise relationship, residence and family information you provide
- help prepare financial, accommodation and supporting evidence requested by the application
- enter the information you provide into the relevant family or dependant application form
- prepare the completed application and document pack for your review before authorised submission
Tell us whether this is a visitor application, a family visa, or an existing refugee family reunion case. The supplied checklist mixes visitor and family-reunion items; visitor-only financial and travel items below apply only to a visit. Refugee family reunion is closed to new applications as checked on 5 October 2026; applications submitted before 3pm on 4 September 2025 continue to be processed. Current official instructions determine the documents for your application.

Frequently Asked Questions
What types of family information can an application ask for?
Family applications can ask for identity, previous immigration history, relationship details, finances, accommodation and information about any dependants applying at the same time.
Can THIQAA decide which family route I should use?
No. We do not choose immigration routes or determine eligibility. We can provide administrative support for the application you have identified.
Will documents not in English or Welsh need translation?
GOV.UK family-visa guidance says documents not in English or Welsh may need a certified translation. We can help you organise this where required.
